Aruba is a Caribbean island country in the southern Caribbean Sea characterized by arid landscapes, low limestone hills, and sandy beaches surrounded by coral reefs.

📍 Aruba is an island country located in the southern Caribbean Sea, just off the northern coast of Venezuela. It is one of the constituent countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, alongside Curaçao and Sint Maarten. Aruba lies outside the main hurricane belt and has no land borders, being surrounded entirely by the Caribbean Sea.
Aruba’s geography is characterized by a relatively flat and arid landscape, with a dry climate and limited freshwater resources. The island covers about 180 square kilometers (69 square miles) and features sandy beaches along its western and southern coasts, while the eastern coast is more rugged, with rocky shorelines and stronger waves. Vegetation is sparse and adapted to dry conditions, including cacti and low shrubs, though the island supports diverse marine life in its surrounding waters. Aruba’s location and stable climate have made it a major tourism destination, while its natural features and coastal environment play a central role in its economy and development.
